I have my first show turkey this year I was going to do a pig but unfortunately she passed a few weeks ago if you guys have any advice or link that would be helpful for a first timer it would be greatly appreciated :)

Your turkey should have a minimum weight. They should be between 4 and 6 months for the fair, we usually aim for about 6 months so we can be sure to reach the weigh in. We have been finding good sucess with soaking the turkey feed with fresh goat milk, it has been making their feathers nicer, their legs and feet seem less achy, they seem perkier. If you have access to fresh dairy, soak your feed and make a mash. It really helps! these birds have been bred to grow too fast and the extra nutrition makes a big difference. Be sure your market turkey doesn't have any roosts, broad breasted birds can break bones at ridiculously low heights due to their stupidly fast growth. They do need a little supervised excersize time, so take them on a daily walk if you have the time, it can help prevent hip and joint issues. We house them in a portable pen and scoot it around for fresh grass.
