okay. what predators do you have? your coop sound really sturdy and should keep out most things. has anything gotten in? and if so where? i personally have a door inside my outside doors that keeps the kitties out. provides storage too. and USE HARDWARE CLOTH!!!

i get wiled pigs, foxes, dogs, kangaroos (they want the food), snakes, lizards, wild cats and birds(hawks, eagles). and i didn't mention the tin roof.
