I got a new paint silkie chick. It only has two or three tiny black spots on it. Wondering if it will get more as it grows and feathers out. Can people post pics of their paint silkies as chicks and as adults? Thanks!

The amount of Black spots on a chick down is no indication of how many spots or blotches the Paint Colored Chickens Will have

Yes paint chicks change a lot their skin can darken up if the have pigment holes and they get more and bigger spots. My 2 year old hen finished her 1st adult molt early this spring and she got bigger and more spots.
