I have a lavender scissor beak EE from a feed store who just started laying little tiny pinkish eggs and I couldn't be happier! I was hoping she would go pink, I had a feeling she would, and I was so excited to see that I was right! I was going based on the "ear lobe" color method LOL. No idea if it's really a thing, but she has pinkish ear lobes and she lays a pinkish egg!
