I wouldn't say this chicken's eyes are "pretty". They're just solid brown.
I just found it funny that her eyes are so big compared to her body.

I guess I would call this Crevecoeur mix's eye's pretty. They're like a dark orange/brown/mahogany. They're also sort of ombre - they the darkest coloring is around the edge.

her eye is normal but when she's in the sun it matches her coloring and looks weird
