Show quality breed?

Okay there are a ton of poultry shows going on right now with only a $2.50 charge. My pekins are only 7 weeks so too young now but I bought them originally to enter in shows but are they show quality? I've never done this before so know nothing at all. Also are these purebred mottled breeds? Pretty sure 2 are boys and one is a hen. I'm wanting to enter the rooster that has a lot of white feathers... pictures below;

Here he is at 7 weeks... mottled rooster but is he show quality or at least purebred?
