Show Quality Poultry Breeders in Central or Southern Illinois

Hey everyone. So my current flock is all hatchery quality birds but I'd like to eventually start some showing. I'm still not sure what I'd like to show yet so any breeders of any breed would much be appreaciated, but my breeds of high interest are dominiques, wyandottes, jersey giants, belgian quail d'anvers, bantam silkie, and bantam or large fowl americaunas, and for waterfowl and other birds: call ducks(grays and whites), australian spots, khaki cambells, saxony, american buff geese, sebastropole geese, and royal palm turkeys.
