Where can i find a website that tells you the qualities that a bird is supposed to have to be show quality?

You can check out different breed clubs, but I dont there is a one-stop shop for that.

The APA Standard of Perfection book lists ALL of that, and is definately worth the money.

well do you know where i can go to find the qualifications for anconas, muscovies, and buff orpingtons?

You pretty much have to get a copy of the standard for your breed. That is the best way to go about it. I think the black and white copy of the Standard of Perfection is about $15 (not sure what it is right now). Then just realize that how a bird does on any given day is one judge's interpretation of the standard on that given day and how your bird stacks up against the others. The standard will definitely give you a good start though on what to select for.
