Hiya be lovely to see the different varietys of eggs you get if u can post some pics I have 13 chickens diff breeds I grt light blue green brown eggs then pointy silkie eggs and Diddy bantam eggs I think they always look so pretty

I only have one laying so far. She started laying at exactly 16 weeks and has laid an egg every day. I think the others are getting close. These are Sapphire Gem eggs. I’m surprised at how dark they are. The prettiest terracotta color!

This has been my past eggs. My hen took a break from laying, and I am waiting for my next pullets to lay. Hopefully just as colorful!

Those are so dark! My sapphire gem lays the lightest brown ones

I was really surprised. I was expecting lighter, but I love the color. One of her Sapphire Gem sisters starting squatting the other day so I am very excited to see what hers look like.

My ladies have just started laying over the last month (still waiting on 2). The pinkish brown eggs are from Sapphire gems. 2 have laid quite large eggs while the other (who was the first to start) lays smaller ones.

The work of our 6 year old Buff Orpington and 5 year old Easter Egger. Still very consistent layers after all these years.
