Showgirl with a head sway

I have a gorgeous Showgirl named Dewcee who is 3 months old. She has for as long as I can remember done this head sway that we jokingly call "the Dewcee shuffle". It's happens all of the time, whether sitting, standing ,walking, whatever. It doesn't seem to hurt or bother her but we are concerned. The girl we got her from said it may be due to a vitamin deficiency, not enough Vitamin E and Selenium, which she said was common in Silkies and Showgirls and to give supplements, which I have. I have been giving it for 2 weeks and see no improvements. Any thoughts? Also, any thoughts as to sex? We still can't figure out...boy or girl. Please help!!! I wish I could have posted a video but it won't let me.
