are showgirls cold hardy? i was wondering before i try to get any- our winters are probably not as cold as up north, but i'd like to know because we usually just cover the coop with plastic and use a heat lamp on the really cold nights. tonight it will be in the teens, but our naked neck seems to do fine.

wait i know that silkies are cold hardy i think,i have a showgirl but i keep her inside becouse they are spoiled

ok, Silkies and Naked neck turkens are cold hardy soo the showgirl is both of those, Mine has never been in the cold, but there feathers so like fur that it keeps them warm,
