Showing a hen at local Fair - what cage to use?

So, the kids have persuaded me to enter one of their chickens in the local fair which also has a pretty big ag section with animals etc.

We are going to show a Rhode I Red - she is a good solid bird and has nice feathers.

We do not as yet have a cage - can anyone post a link or give me details of the correct type of cage we need to show a single bird.
also any tips for newbie at showing first time.

Actually, you should call the 4H group that is hosting the show. They are the ones that set up the cages for the birds to be shown in. The only thing you need to do is get the bird there, and have food and water for your bird.
 
Yes, unless the entry booklet or form says you need a cage, they will provide them.

The only time I've ever seen this asked was at a very new poultry club's first show--we're the process of in raising funds to purchase show cages, so hopefully that will be solved by our big show scheduled for the end of February.
