Showing Naked Nekcs

What do I need to know about showing Naked Neck Chickens?
Mine are babies right now, but i would like to know if they might be good enough to show.

The first step with any breed is to get to know other people that show, that is the best thing that you can do. Also join breed clubs of the breed desired to show which can give you valuable tips on the specific breeds that you want to show. NNs are easy to show as far as the care needed before a show as they are easier to clean and tame down for handling really well. Please post any specific question you might have and I will be happy to answer them. The wife and I have been showing NNs for well over ten years.

I love my turkens. They are absolutely the best birds we have. So sweet, so trusting, and very fun to watch. Yay NNs!

I'm suprised that as popular as they are there are not more of them in shows. They do have one of the best temperments that I have found to humans but can be rather agressive to each other. They don't often bother other breeds though. They are disease resistant and I have never had a case of Cocci in them and the other breeders I've talked to haven't either.They are probably the most researched birds that there is and there are a lot of studies from major universities posted on the net about them.
