I needed to replace some steps with a ramp because my girls were having a difficult time with the spacing of the steps with the new auto door.

I found some on Etsy the size I needed and they wanted $120! So I decided to spend $130 on a miter saw (and $20 on supplied) instead!

Turned out great!

Then today made a couple of feeder bowl stands to keep it off the ground.

I'm not super-handy, but are there other small projects around the coop you can recommend I try?

This story made me chuckle.
I justified the purchase of a 10" sliding mitre saw to repair a hot tub surround at a house I was going to sell 30 years ago.
I made many, many, many things using that saw.
