We are entering our first apa show in a couple of weeks. they offer a showmanship class for kids, what does the class consist of. my daughter 6, wants to take her silver laced polish for it, I likes being carried around. so what type of questions does the judge ask the kids, how do you properly hold the bird, is there a dress code, any tips ?

The American Standard of Perfection is a great way to study for showmanship. judges normally ask about the breed, the care, and conditioning of your birds. Wear nice pants with a white lab, or just a nice poop. girls wear hair up. just remember you have to start somewhere.
