Shut Up! Guess what DH found tonight!

i've been checking for eggs every day for a few weeks, nada. tonight DH went to put the chicks up for the night, he found an egg on top of the hay we baled last week. i'm so excited! probably more excited than the hen who laid it!

granted its not going to feed an army. it probably won't feen an ant, its very small. but for a first attempt, i give it an a+.

will try and snap some photos later.
