Sibling Bullying

We have 4 Polish Buff Laced Bearded 1 month olds. They all seem to be maturing perfectly. A couple of days ago, one has started to become balding. Are the siblings pecking at her (we don't know if they are male or female yet)? Should I separate her/him?

I had the same problem with one of my white crested black polish when she was 1 month old. I don't think anyone was pecking at her, she was just getting some new feathers on her head. The spot is almost all gone now, and she is around 3 months old.
