sibling question

I have 3 chicks that I raised from 1 week old. 1 turned out to be a roo-- the other 2 are hens. My question is can I breed them as they are technically brother and sister? I know this shouldn't be done with some animals just wondering about chickens.

Ya know I haven't actually bought a rooster in several years. use to every 3 years buy or trade roosters with someone else to get fresh genetics in my flock. But the last rooster got old, and there was a beautiful white rooster that was hatched from my hens. He is now with all the hens is old enough to fertilize eggs, and later this summer i plan to try to hatch chicks from him.
I did however add 3 more adult hens that are unrelated.
