Sick 2 week old chick

Hi everyone

Found chick sicknthis morning, falling over, one leg floppy, eating and drinking but blowing bubbles and gasping. Bulge on chest.
Thought was pneumonia and when took into vet they agreed and injected it with antibiotic and told me to keep it warm and take back tomorrow am for another jag
It seems a bit stronger, is hanging in there fighting so am doing my best to keep it here
Leg still floppy which worries me, am a beginner, is there any hope?

What does her crop feel like? Is it emptying or fluid filled?
Curious what is the paper (?) inside the feeder?

Clear photos of the leg - where and how is it floppy - joint? Tendon?
