Sick 3 day old turkey poult

Don't you think 6 months is a little much? I have mine outside at 5 to 8 weeks, depending on the weather, but the most important thing is to keep them out of the draft ! In the summer, they can go out even earlier. The weather is unpredictable this time of year, but at 6 months? Really?? You have to mean 6 weeks??? Do you realize how big my Holland Whites are at 6 months? They are perching on the roof at that age!

Celie~no 6months isn't! They can go out if weather is warm just in a cage off the ground and not around chickens or in a pen chickens have been in. My friend is in the poultry research dept at UGA so I oughta know! Although I already knew this she just confirmed.
