sick 3 week old white chinese goose

HELP!!! Since what appeared to be a leg injury my little goose has gotten sicker. Isn't standing, bad leg looks swollen and discolored. I've set up an isolation pen with heat lamp and water. Is drinking water now and looking a little bit better. Plan to feed more probiotic mash and monitor. Suggestions? Antibiotic injection?
