sick 4 day old serama

Hi there,
Got a baby that is not doing so well, it's been eating and everything but breaths heavy and eyes closed, when eyes are open it seems watery and lathargic, it can get away from the heat and does. Rather not lose one, what can I do??

Sorry no one has replied. How is your baby doing? Is it still drinking/eating? How is poop? It seems cocci is very common in young ones but I could be wrong. But you might suspect that first. More info please.
