It sounds like she could have coccidiosis, or possibly have had an egg break inside. Post a picture of her droppins if she does it again. E. coli infections can also cause bright yellow droppings. Has she been drinking or eating? Symptoms of coccidiosis are sleepiness, hunched posture, refusing to eat, diarrhea with mucus or sometimes blood. Treatment is Corid (amprollium) in the water for 5 days. A vet can do a fecal test to look for coccidia or worms. Can you feel inside her vent an inch or two for a stuck egg or broken egg? Use a disposable glove if possible. Give her fluids with electolytes and vitamins, start on some Corid if you think it is cocci. Corid dosage is 1 1/2 tsp of Corid powder per gallon of water for 5 days. It is found in feed stores, cattle medicines.
