I have a chick. Shes about 4 months. At first she was wheezy and then gasping. We did vinegar/water breathing treatments. Then my grandma stuck her outside without asking and she got more sick. Her eye is swollen. It is going down with warm compresses and everything.
We have had another chicken like this a few weeks ago. It took us about 30 days to get her better. However I'm takin care of this one on my own, and am so scared. Does anyone have any tips? I'll add a picture. Shes a little wheezy and she isn't gasping. She is sneezing. I think it's an upper respiratory infection.

I see your new here :welcome Things that help people here give advice, knowing your general location, lots of pics, and alot of background info about the bird. Diet treets things like that.
A certain symptom can cover many illnesses and this is why the more info the better
Welcome to the flock

It could be mycoplasma (MG,) or a combination of 2 or more viruses and bacterial infections. What I would do, is to get some Tylan 50 injectable and a couple of 3 ml syringes with 20 gauge needles. Give 1.5 ml twice a day if she is around 5 pounds, 1 ml if she is under that weight. Give it without the needle by unscrewing it, only a drop or 2 at a time letting her swallow.

If you see any goop in her eye, wash it out and apply some Terramycin eye ointment, and if you cannot find it, use plain Triple Antibiotic Ointment from the dollar store twice a day. Tylan costs about $20.

Here is some reading about MG:

She was in a really good home. She wasn't ever sick before this. She was in a pen with another polish/BCM mix and a frizzle. I have a video of her eye. She is eating and drinking like normal. She just is wheezy and coughing or sneezing. She has that bad eye. But she is opening it. Other than that everything is healthy. The people who had her fed her scratch and sometimes oatmeal

I see the pictures, but no link to your video. She probably has conjunctivitis (pinkeye,) and a sinus infection. That can be seen with MG or coryza. Look into the roof of her beak to see if there is any pus or material. I would start the Tylan 50 and see if the swelling goes down. Eventually pussin the sinus are thickens, and needs to be squeezed or dug out of the eye. Sometimes it can be squeezed out, while other times you may need to dig it out with tweezers. Here are a couple of short videos of removing pus, beware they are graphic:

Earlier I looked into her mouth and couldn't really get a good look. She wasn't wanting to cooperate. She is very feisty . I'll will try again now that my fiance is home.

I have a suggestion that may help.

Wrap her in a towel to keep her from flapping and getting frantic and sit down with her on your lap. Then,
If you take you thumb and pointer finger and grasp her wattles together up very near where they are attached to her face and with your other hand hold the top beak (without covering up her nostrils) you can open her mouth to examine her mouth.
