Sick baby chicken

[Gypsymum]

My hen hatched out 8 chickens, 7 are fine eating running around sticking close to Mum. 1 little chick will stay on his own eyes closed and head down he is unsteady when mum call for food he comes he is eating and drinking. His Poo is white not runny but some is stuck to his bottom. What can I do for him
