Sick baby coturnix quail

I have one 2 week old quail that just hasn't been growing as well as the others. The feathers are growing in, but are all scruffy, and lately it's been panting/breathing hard. It doesn't walk around much, and I have seen it eating, just not very much. It also gets stepped on a lot, since it always seems sleepy.

can you seperate the sick chick. Give it extra attention with feeding, drinking.
Is it 2 weeks sick?
Or did it just started to get sick?

It sounds like a runt. We get plenty of them with our quail hatches.
Some make it but most end up not.

As chickenma said you can seperate it and give it it's own heat source.
It could go either way from there.

If you leave it with the others it will end up getting pounced on and killed.
