sick baby pea chick

I have two baby peachicks both born the same day. they are both 18 days old. they have both been fine but over the last two days one of them has been more weak/lethargic. food and water has been the same i haven’t given them anything new and im not sure what could be wrong with it. he has been laying down a lot and not eating much food, also has droopy wings.
any ideas on what to do.
i’ve been feeding them chicken starter mixed with dog food as that’s what ive fed all my peacocks with no issues before.
