Sick baby quail

i have a baby coturnix, and something is wrong with her leg. Someone has returned her to my local feeder and I decided to buy her. She’s eating and drinking, but she seems very skinny and weak. Is there anything I could do to help?? I would go to the vet but it’s over an hour away and I don’t have access to go at this time.. should I keep her alone? Shes with two other females and one male which are not very aggressive.

I cannot tell how old she is, I bought her from my local feed and they just mentioned someone returned her. She can walk fine, she just limps a bit and when she stands still her leg kind of bends to the back.
