Was born yesterday. Had a hard hatch hasn’t acted right since. Is not acting right stands and seats before putting his head down. Eyes closed. Lays down a lot. Tried giving him yolk and water. Pooped once. He swore armed from the other because they were pecking him. Is he sick?

Probably weak. If the chick dies, it's failure to thrive. Give the chick warm sugar water via eyedropper to the side of the beak. If you have Poultry Nutri Drench, give the chick 1 drop orally twice a day for 5 days, no more than that.
