Sick chicken for some reason I can't seem to post where I need to don't no how. Anyways I have a Easter egger she was find day before yesterday but today she's laying on the ground she acts like she's drunk hers legs are fine strong and her wings are ok but she's just laying on the ground when she starts to stand she leans forward then back down on the ground I don't no what to do for her she will eat it's like she just can't walk around can anyone help me please?? She is around 13 weeks old
 
That's a hard call but since she's so young it can be Marek's disease. Marek's disease and Lymphoid Luekosis can cause tumors in the chicken as well as paralysis.

Yes, it could be Mareks. She could have eaten something poisonous or even if your bag of feed has gone bad...all these things can cause paralysis. Is there a chance she could have been bitten by a snake or poisonous spider? I have heard of recent outbreaks of Mareks.

I'm sorry to hear about your bird! Definitely try posting in the Emergencies section. Marek's is possible, as is Botulism.
