Can you please help me my bobwhite hen is sneezing but she is still eating and i don't know what to do a couple of months ago my other hen got sick and started to sneeze and stopped eating and drinking and she sadly died and now i don't want this hen to die i have heard of cayenne pepper but i don't know if it is safe to use please let me know if there is something i can do, thank you.

The best thing to do with a mysterious illness is always send the little body to a vet for necropsies so you know what you're dealing with.
But for whatever reason that isn't always possible. For emergency like when I simply have no money which happened once or when I am afraid many will die before I get results because of the severity, I keep antibiotics on hand.
Sulfa will kill almost anything, but there are withdraw periods etc. Whoch is why you should always use a vet. But between sulfa and tylosin you can help just about any respiratory infection and that sounds like what you have going on.
It is always safest to use a vet and I am not one. But when I am desperate, that is what I use
