Sick Buff Goose

Hey there-
I have a four month old Buff goose mix who all of a sudden starting acting lethargic, quiet honk, won’t eat, will only drink, and is basically pooping water. Please help. I don’t know what could be wrong or what to do. I don’t have any vets near me that see geese.

How's she doing today? The pooping water may be from not eating. How long has she been like this?
