So I hatched out 6 button quail in April… they’re 1 month old now and 5 of them are outside, doing great but 1 was super lethargic so I kept her inside. On the day I moved the others outside I found her half dead so put her under a heat lamp, she seemed fine after a day so I turned the lamp back off, all good for 36hours then suddenly she’s half dead again??!🤷‍♀️ Anyway lamps back on and she has perked up again- does anyone know what’s wrong with her… she’s old enough to not need a heat lamp so I’m totally at a loss😔any advice appreciated I’ll attach a picture so you can see what she was like at her worst, thanks

I think the heat is simply helping her handle whatever illness or issue she has.

What are you feeding them?
What are the lowest temperatures that they're experiencing?
Does she have red eyes?
I’m feeding her a quail chick crumb (27% protein)
And the temperature is about 15 degrees centigrade (59 degrees Fahrenheit) at the lowest.
No her eyes seem fine 🤷‍♀️ Thanls for replying ☺️
