Sick chick. Cocci? Please help

One of our young chicks is going downhill quickly. Very lethargic while the rest are acting normal. We have separated her and she just had this different mucusy poop. Is this cocci?

Update. She appears to be making a clicking sound on and off while breathing. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Survived! I treated with liquid corrid and she improved within hours. Happy and healthy now.
