Sick chick poop. Identification help?

Does anyone know what whitish and watery poop means? My chick is 4 weeks old and she had a poop as described earlier. I ask because she has been acting really slow, sleeping a lot and not eating and drinking much
What should I do?

Slow and sleepy, the poop looks a bit mucousy to me as well. I would treat her for Coccidiosis.
Do you have any Corid on hand? You can find it in the Cattle section of Tractor Supply.
Dose is 1 1/2 teaspoons of Corid Powder or 2 teaspoons of Corid Liquid per gallon of water.
Give for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.

I would treat all chicks (let all chicks drink this as their water).
