I just got some chicks in May, first time ever raising hens. The started laying a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday I noticed Ruby was not her normal self, she is not moving much- is very slow, half her face is swollen and the other side looks normal. Her comb is limp. Her breathing is laboured. Her poo was clear with the urate mixed in and sort of jelly like- not really watery. The rest of the girls are fine and normal. She laid an egg yesterday and has been laying regularly. Not sure what this could be, from online searches, maybe Coryza?
I put some watered down nutridrench in a syringe and gave her a little of that, most falls out without her trying to swallow it really.
She is still standing though so I am hopeful. Doesn’t seem to have lost weight but this is just the first day she’s been sick.

This does look possibly like coryza. I would get some VetRx poultry aid and put It on her nose and a bit in her mouth at night. If no improvement after a couple days she may need to go to the vet, however I do know that poultry vets are very sparce
Best of luck 💕
Here's what vetrx looks like:

edit: This can be bought at TSC, online, or in most feed stores

Thank you, I do have some VetRx and will try that. I didn’t realize it was investable, I’ve only just sprayed it in the coop. Hopefully she will get better, we do not have a vet for chickens around

Can you please look inside her beak? Take photos of the inside of her beak.

Looks like she has swelling on both sides to me. I see some bubbles in the eye. This may indicate disease like Mycoplasma, but could be infection due to another illness.

Is there a bad/foul odor? Infectious Coryza generally has a bad odor along with pus in the eyes, but it could be just in the early stages.

Bacterial and Bacteria-like diseases like Mycoplasma or Infectious Coryza would require an antibiotic to address symptoms. Tylosin is a good choice for MG, while a Sulfa Antibiotic would be better for IC, this is why you need to first determine what you may be dealing with.
Could be something all together different.

Here are some photos of inside her beak, what should I be looking for there? Ther is no foul smell at all, her head is very hot though.
