Sick Chick-walking like a duck

One of my girls seems to have a problem. She is acting fine except that her belly seems a bit squishy and she is walking funny, like a duck - she is eating, drinking, foraging and her comb is red and healthy looking - She is 1 of 9 and the rest are fine.

What do you think could be the problem?

Look up ascites.

Looked that up and the causes mentioned don't seem to relate in this situation. Any other guesses?

When mine get a squishy belly it's almost always from ascites, egg yolk peritonitis, cancer, fatty liver disease or a combo. Not much you can do about any of them.
