Sick chick?

This little buff orpington is about two weeks old now and started breathing like this tonight. We have moved her from main brooder into a smaller one alone. I gave a little sugar water, and egg yolk. She ate a few bits of feed out of my hand. She sneezes like with a high chirp in the middle of this sometimes.
I gave the babies in the main brooder acv in their 5qt waterer tonight and plan on cleaning their brooder tomorrow.
We are worried about this little gal I can't even sleep. Tomorrow I have to get more feed but I've been giving unmedicated should I do medicated. All the other chicks periodically sneeze but nothing like this.
