Good morning everyone!
For the past couple of days my Australorp chick is acting a little slow, she started ro have a gasp a few days ago, and sometimes only opens one eye.
But I've been dipping her beak in some oregano tea, which has done some good for her poops, which have been runny back to back.
I also just moved them in the coop on Friday night, so it's their first time outside, but although there was a nasty wind storm, so I moved them inside for the rest of day if that helps my case at all.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thank you!

That puffed-up stance looks similar to the ones with coccidiosis.

Do you have any Corid or similar as I would put them all on that for five days.

Are they getting baby chick crumbles?

You could try probiotics in their water for the diarrhea, but if you want to give them Corid (amprolium,) no extra vitamins outside of their feed until the treatment is done.

Was there ever any blood or red in the poops?

Gasping is not a symptom of coccidiosis so if she's got other symptoms leaning more toward a respiratory infection, then I'd put Poultry Cell or some other vitamins in their water for a week and see if she comes out of it.

May I ask what is Corid?
And no red or bloody poops, only a little runny poops here and there but their getting more solid.
And yes, I've been feeding them organic chick crumble.
Would you recommend any natural herbs or vitamins for her to see if they help in their water by chance?
And I've gotten all my chicks from the same place and a few of them have had this gasp, but with some oregano tea being fed daily it slowly fails away.
I've just been suspicious since she's not totally as active as my other two chicks, but Australorps are found to be pretty mellow, so I'm not quite sure.

Your chicks look sick.
Can you get photos of their poop?

I'd stop the Oregano and begin treating them with Corid (Amprolium) which will treat Coccidiosis. You can find Corid in the Cattle section of TSC.

Liquid Corid dose is 2tsp or Powdered Corid Dose is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water given for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
Do not add any extra vitamins/electrolytes that contain B1(Thiamine) to food or water during the course of treatment.

Ok, I don't know how soon I can get this treatment, but I'll try my best to get it as fast as I can.
And yes, I can give you a picture of the coop.
Thank you so much for you advice, I had no idea they all ve sick.

And here is the coop.
The grown chickens in the second picture are my other two hens, should I mine as well treat them too?

Her poop yesterday looked runny and white with a little bit of a regular solid poo. But her poops do not show blood or spots.
Right now, I'm putting a little less than a tsp of apple cider vinegar in their water, and I'm going to try to add fresh oregano into their feed, and also attempt to try medicated feed as well.
