Sick chick

I have a 4 week old chick that is sick. It's symptoms are pale face, some what puffy feathers, and empty caw. It is isolated with a heat lamp. Does anybody have any suggestions?

How are it’s poops? Can you get some Corid at your feed store right away to start treating for possible coccidiosis? Dosgage is 2 tsp of the liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water given as the only source of water for 5 days. Change it daily.
