Sick chick

Hi I am new to this website and looking for help. I have a 10 day old chick that seems ill. she is very lethargic, breathing hard, seems a little off balance and shakes her
head now and then. Now she is standing up, eyes closed, head down and making little peeping noises. Started last night, but she did eat well last night. Have not really seen her eat or drink today. These are our own chicks we hatched, started with 6 lost one already really don't want to lose another one.

What is the temp of the brooder

What does their poop look like

What kind of bedding

I am feeding them medicated chick food, temp is around85-87 under light, her poop was runny but now it is firm, I had pine shavings in until yesterday because they were scratching and eating the really small pieces and when I noticed she wasn't doing well yesterday I replaced it with just paper towels, and they have regular water to drink. she has been eating and drinking today maybe breathing a little better but still very lethargic.
