Sick chick?

I have a young chick who is approx. 12 weeks or so. I put them outside last weekend and keep the heat lamp on during the night to help keep them warm. Today I noticed that one of my white ones feet/legs are a slight greenish color. Is she sick? No one else seems to have this problem?

Do you have pics. Any other symptoms? It could just be skin pigment changing color. Without pics hard to say what it is
