Sick Chicken - can’t figure out

Hi everyone. One of my sweet barred rocks fell I’ll while we were in vacation. I tried to figure out what’s been going on from afar and we were finally able to get home tonight. It seemed like a possible impacted crop, but that seems empty now and she’s clearly lost weight. Lethargy, not eating, drinking some, diarrhea. Very general symptoms for too many options. My 8 others are acting normally. I’ve separated her now, but trying to find out what’s wrong (if not too late). Comb a little pale but nothing alarming. Eyes clear.

photos of her poop would help. I'd offer her a little food of her very favorite kind while we're trying to work it out. If she turns her nose up even at that, we've learned something.

Hmmm yeah eyes are clear and bright.

Can you post some pictures of your hen farther out? Is her tail up or down? Is she eating and drinking? Some things I use to tempt a sick hen to eat are scrambled egg, ground meat, or canned cat or dog food. Wet chicken feed can be good to feed her, and get more fluids in.

Tail down. Finally drank this morning. She ate some scrambled eggs, few blueberries , bit of plain yogurt. I do have feed that’s been softened in water in there as well. New poop pic. Def watery but more normal. Still lethargic, panting. Did find vet who treats birds and have appt this afternoon.
