A week ago my chicken seemed to be egg bound. She looked unwell, wasn’t moving much, her bottom was constantly pulsating and leaking droppings, and had a slight prolapse.
I soaked her in warm water, cleaned her bottom, pushed the vent area back in, and felt for an degg but couldn’t feel one.
A day or so later she seemed completely better and I found a soft shelled egg in the run. It was wrinkly and bloody, and seemed to be the entirety of the shell however the yolk and whites weren’t there. This could be due to my other chickens eating them before I discovered it though.
A few days after this my chicken started to decline. Her comb is pale, her tail feathers down, she is just laying around, runny droppings that have been bright yellow. She is still drinking and eating treats though.
Any ideas as to what would be wrong and how to treat at home if possible?

Can you give her a human calcium citrate tablet with vitamin D 300-600 mg into her mouth daily, and for 7 days, to try and get her shells harder? That can help if she gets egg bound again. She may be experiencing a glitch in her laying, but it could be something more serious.

Give her calcium like Eggcessive suggested. If you have a vet bring her to one, those are not good signs. Do you have anitbotics? What kind? No more eggs right? What breed is she? Is she holding her vent in still?

Not sure what antibiotics to give her- any suggestions?
She is a black sex link
No more eggs
Her vent seems all good minus the poop.

Black sex links are known to have egging problems, so I would start antibiotics because of that...
Antibotic such as Amoxcicilin, penicillin are just a few. You need to get a vet prescription for antibiotics, so I would suggest a trip.
Do you have any pictures of her/her poop?
No more eggs could be a sign (although its only been a day I understand) could be a sign of infection.
Is she standing like a penguin?
