Sick chicken how do I help her?

One of my buff Orpingtons has been sick a few weeks. I'm not sure how to help her. She barely eats and looks miserable. I separated her from the flock, and she is contained in the garage. What else can I do to help her?

How old is she? Has she laid eggs recently? Has she molted lately? Can she stand and walk? How does her crop feel—empty, full, firm, or squishy? Is her lower belly under her vent enlarged? Has there been any weight loss. And what do her poops look like? Have you tried offering some watery chicken feed with water, and some soft cooked egg? Can you post a picture of her, and of her poop?

She is around 16 months old. She has not layed eggs for a couple of months and she has not molted lately. I think her poop is normal. I have been feeding her wet chicken feed. She has lost weight lately. What is a crop?
