sick chicken I need help

My chicken is just setting with eyes close what wrong

How old is your chicken and when was the last time she laid an egg (if she's old enough?)

She was born last spring so I would say she is a year old and if another did not fget up there with her she laid today but I really don,t think it was her that laid that egg. she felt hot and refuse water look like loose bowels too.
