Sick chicken!! Not sure if vent gleet or egg bound??

I am a new chicken owner and I have about a two-year-old Hen who isn't acting right. She looks very bloated she stays under our cars doesn't want to peck around, her feathers and head are down a lot she looks sad. She's been like this for about 5 days. Asking around was told she sounds like she's egg bound so she's been isolated had two Epsom salt baths done, crushed up Tums with some Apple sauce even have given Duramycin (from tractor supply) twice once Sunday and once Wednesday. Haven't seen an egg she has eaten a little crumble and some oyster shell. Her bottom and whole end feels swollen, we thought maybe the egg broke inside because she had a yellow mess stuck to her butt so we started the antibiotics. She has had a few moments of just laying down breathing heavy but no egg. I have seen a few messy runny poops And she seems to now have a sour smell. Don't know what else I can do I just hope she's not suffering Any advice would be appreciated.

She is not likely egg bound, but she most likely does have a reproductive issue. Is her "belly" hard or squishy?

Very bloated and fairly firm. Unfortunately she passed.
