Sick chicken

My bared rock chicken is staying in the coop and is not eating or drinking. She will be 9 on May 18th. I don’t think she’s egg bound because she laid an egg two days ago. I’m not sure what to do.

She’s been staying in her box and refuses water and I do not think she has eaten. The last I saw of her poop it was small. I will have they my husband to pick her up so we can examine her.
