hello so I bought 2 chicks like a week ago and they are like 2 weeks old now and I noticed that one started popping but it’s poop has blood does someone know what it could be and how can I treat it? The chick has been popping blood for like 3 days now, it’s still eating and drinking water.Idk if it might be something called coccidiosis that it has and just incase it is I gave it a medicine called Corid and poured it in their water.

A photo of the poop would be helpful - sometimes, shed intestinal lining can be mistaken for blood in feces. This thread may be helpful.

Chicks can go downhill fast with a coccidia infection, so it's good that you began administering Corid quickly after you noticed symptoms. Best of luck!

Can you post a picture of the blood in poop? It is good that you are giving Corid in the water. Dosage for an outbreak is 2 tsp of the liquid Corid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. You can then reduce that to 1/2 tsp liquid or 1/3 tsp powder for another 5-7 days, especially if seeing more symptoms.
