Hello I'm new to the site. I'm also fairly new to raising chickens. Have learned a ton since I started last year.
My daughter bought 3 chick's to add to my 5. We started them all together. We have lots a couple to predators.
My daughter's chicken we believe is a fayoumi chicken. She is really small which doesn't help her from getting picked on by my Rhode island reds.
I have separated her from them. We noticed she was leaning and not really walking. Thght maybe it was bumble foot. Treated her for that. She's a little better. But still leaning and not really walking. I added vitamins to her water but she doesn't love it.
I checked her for mites and worms. None of that.
Her legs isn't broke. I thght maybe her wing get hurt from the chickens. She used to fly a good distances. Now is hasn't done that but she's been separated for 2.5 weeks.
I will say she about 25% better being separated from the others. She's eating, not discharge of the eyes. She does shake her head a lot.

How old is the Fayoumi? RIR?
What other breeds do you have?
What are you feeding?
Picture would help, or video (upload to YouTube then here)

It's good that you separated the Fayoumi from the RIR, some breeds are more docile than others and get pick on alot. It's very possible it hasn't been "allowed" to eat, you may want to try offering scramble eggs or boiled egg yolk. Check it's crop ... If you have some Nutri Drench, a drop or two on the beak - do not squirt in the beak, it can aspirate going down the wrong tube.

You say you treated for "bumble foot", why did you suspect it? Did you see the "scab"?

I thght that maybe she was lacking vitamins. Because she eats last. I now feed her separate. I have also used

vEtrx to calm her. Plus poultry cell boost. Made her a couple eggs.

I also checked her crop it's fine.

As far as the feed. I do a mixed feed. Someone I follow on YouTube. All my other birds are great.

Is her crop emptying overnight?

The info you give is a bit vague. I get it, a lot of folks don't mix their own feed but having that info can sometimes be helpful.

If you are feeding a mixed feed, try soaking it for her so it's more cohesive. Some birds will pick out all the bits they really like and leave the rest which leaves them lacking in a complete ration.
If she doesn't love the vitamins in the water, then choose to direct oral dose her instead. (What are the vitamins you are giving?) Provide her with plain fresh water to drink.

Can you get a video of her moving about? Upload video to YouTube and provide a link.

Yes I did see a small cut. She is doing much better being separated. She really hasn't grown to her full size yet. I'm thinking its from all the trauma. From the loss of 2 other birds. Seeing one of our rooster getting taken by a hawk. Then the RIR picking on her.
I did my folk treats daily. Always make sure she gets her treats separately.

But I am wondering about her shaking her head a lot. Again no ticks or mites. No gape worm.
I mix my feed from someone I follow on Youtube. Becky homestead, the rest of the flock is healthy and laying eggs all winter long.
I'm also wondering if I need to give her more space to move around to strengthen her legs.

Most feed mixes on the Internet are neither safe or healthy, make sure to do research into what chickens need and the nutrition content of the mix you're interested in.
Avoid mixes that contain more than 10% sunflower seeds/flax/ fat, large amounts of peas/corn/oats, no source of protein like soy, blood/fish meat meal and less than 18% protein, or cat/ dog food as a base.
If they can provide nutrition analysis of their feed, that's great! If they can't.. 😬

How old is she? The head shaking & shaking self probably shaking off dust. Does she have a dust bath? The lopsided walk maybe nothing, check if her legs are the same length, feel if they both feel the same ... She runs ok, so thinking no really issue.

Sometime they can have a vitamin deficiency ... VetRx won't do anything, get some Nutri Drench or Rooster Booster/Poultry Cell ... I'm thinking a vitamin deficiency since you're mixing your own feed.

Look in her ears just to make sure there's not mites or infection.
The head shaking may be a nervous type of tic, hard to tell.

I'd lean toward injury, bullying and poor nutrition - whether she wasn't getting enough to eat or she's just picking out things and not eating a complete ration.

I'd get a commercial chick starter (20%protein if possible) to feed her, if that's not possible, then soak the feed you give her so it's more incorporated. Also give her extra protein like egg, fish or meat a few times a week.
I'd also get a bottle of B-Complex tablets and a bottle of Vitamin E at a store like WalMart or CVS. Give her 1/4 tablet B-Complex and 400IU Vitamin E daily for a couple of weeks.

See how she does. She's a sweet little thing. She may need to spend the majority of her time away from the Large Fowl.
